What is ecchi, josei, manhua, seinen, shoujo-ia, shounen-ia, harem, manhwa, mecha, shoujo, & shounen?

Wow such a long title for a post huh! (^^)

I just saw it in Yahoo! Answer. And i feel i want to share with you guys. So lets start describing them all..

Ecchi– In English, the word is often used in the context of manga and anime. The term ecchi is applied to anime or manga that has vague sexual content (such as skimpy clothing, partial or full nudity), but does not show sexual intercourse, making it the manga equivalent of a PG-13 rated movie. Ecchi has historically often been used as a synonym of hentai, presumably due to confusion of the two; thus it can carry different connotations than allowed for by the original Japanese. In recent years, however, its use by English-speakers has largely realigned with the Japanese meaning — although H has become a completely separate term, inclusive of all of the above.

I just start reading this manga today, Well i find it cute since the plot was very common to other romantic, comedy mangas. This is the plot of this manga. Having no experience in romance, the vibrant Ninako curiously explores the meaning of what “love” really is, and is surprised to feel a colorful range of emotions as she grows closer to the school heartthrob, the quiet yet gentle Ren, who also happens to be involved in a longtime relationship. With every intention of keeping her head held high, Ninako prepares to face the mental pain of this one-sided love that she had allowed to take root, facing a series of trials that would either contribute to her growth as a headstrong woman, or break her as it did with other girls.

However, is this really a one-sided love? Or had something been silently sown in the most hidden area of Ren’s heart?
